The one thing that this recent controversy, surrounding the casting of a black actor to play Johnny Storm in the new Fantastic Four movie, has taught me, is that white people finally appear to be getting fed up of being called ‘racists.’

The hope and change I’m talking about here is not rhetoric designed by a PR team to get a shyster politician elected. No, the hope and change I’m talking about here is that the pernicious era of political correctness is finally going to come to a much deserved and unlamented end.
What after all is political correctness but self-censorship, a mind-block of Orwelian proportions that stops people from saying what they are thinking, and to feel bad about even thinking it in the first place?
Pretty insidious, don’t you think?
But let’s get to the details of this latest PC controversy. Long-term comic book fans don’t like the fact that Johnny Storm is to be portrayed by black actor Michael B. Jordan. Johnny Storm has always been white you see, and now he’s black, and if you question this odd decision, well apparently that means that you are a racist.

Questioning bizarre decisions is now racist. You have to accept it, and like it, and if you don’t that means you are racist.

Can you see why this might upset people who aren’t actually racist?
When you are not racist it gets a bit annoying when people keep insisting that you are one. It would be like calling a Manchester United fan a closet Manchester City fan, day after day, after day, even though he goes to Old Trafford each week and has a Manchester United tattoo on his neck and calls his pet dog ‘Giggsy.’

A low box office for FF will mean that people are finally getting fed-up of political correctness and being labelled as a racist just for questioning anything to do with skin colour. Time will tell whether or not political correctness gets a kicking here, but it’s up to us now. We can send a strong message to the producers of the movie by boycotting it. Don’t watch it, it’s as simple as that.
Boycott the movie, but not because Johnny Storm is black. Boycott it to send a message. That message is ‘enough with the race-baiting nonsense.’ If you keep calling all white people ‘racists’ then eventually they are going to get fed up with it. This movie is using race baiting as a promotional tool, so we need to send them a strong message of disapproval. Boycott FF, and let’s give political correctness a long overdue flaming torch boot up the ar**.

ReplyDeleteDoes anyone notice that when a character (real or fake) changes race, they only change to African American.
"They" made a movie where Jesus was a black man that behaved immorally. If you do the research you will see that the original Hebrews were all white (ex: King David is described as "rudy" which is an old word that means fair skinned with blonde hair, ex: his son Solomon's body is described as white as milk with a bronze tan face from the sun, ex: Esau described to be very hairy with red hair which only certain whites are born with) and yes these white Hebrews were in fact enslaved by the original Egyptians which were brown Africans.
Maybe this disrespect of changing a characters original state wouldn't bother me so much if they made a movie about Martin Luther King and cast a white person to play the role.
Though I am completely against it and fully support CONTINUITY; Why not change Marvel's Blade to an Asian guy? Why not change DC's Steel to a Spaniard guy? Why not change Marvel's Captain America to a Native American? Why not change DC's Batman to an Indian guy with accent and all? Why not change Marvel's Luke Cage to a Caucasian guy? It's as if when these guys get around the table to discuss changing a original characters race, every race other than African American is being discriminated against.
Conclusion and a Demand to the Film Industry and Comic Book Industry:
"All characters (real or fake) should always remain the same race, gender, sexual-orientation and faith that they originally are in history or were created to be in fiction."
And to the Film and Comic Book industries:
As a true fan; we are tired of your crap. And as true fans; we will boycott all your endeavors until you start obeying CONTINUITY.

P.S. - anyone falsely accusing fan's that love CONTINUITY, truth & original facts of being hateful and/or racist, is because they themselves are the true racists.
The most prejudice people are those who always play the Prejudice-Cards first. The prejudice cards are (race, gender, sexual-orientation, religious, political-party, etc…).
Ex: The most sexist gender is the one that always plays the gender card. (Have you ever heard anyone who was wronged complain saying “it’s because I’m a man, isn’t it!”)? Females are in fact the most sexist. And they are purposely being raised that way to appose and dominate all males.
---This completely correct understanding applies to all the Prejudice-Cards.---
Therefore: The most racist people are those who always play the race-card. (I personally experienced racism by 2 blacks in June2015 because I’m a light-skinned Hispanic with the American and Israeli Flags side by side in the window. And I still gave them the water bottles with ice they requested. They were doing hard labor in the house next door and came knocking on my door. A true racist that is being discriminated against by 2 others of a different race would not perform a kind act towards those that are in fact being racist.)
You want to know about true modern racism? Then google: “BlackPanther Gangs call to kill all white babies” (actually there was a African Muslim in America in 2014 that was publicly heard preaching evil, openly in a field telling all blacks and Muslims to kill all white babies, and was later hired on the Board of Education). Also google: “whites are being killed - media silent” AND “whites are being killed - obama silent”... (you can search the same and replace the word "whites" with Christians or Jews). It's terrible, but true. And it's all being covered up. Don't trust secular media!!!
There are more non-blacks being killed by blacks than the other way around. And there are more blacks being killed by blacks than blacks being rarely killed by non-blacks. And there are more non-blacks being charitable and helping blacks than there are blacks helping non-blacks.
Those of us true fans that love CONTINUITY, are not racist. But everyone that thinks that this is an issue of race is a racist. And everyone that accuses CONTINUITY fans of being racist are the true racists.
My biggest problem is that I am not ignorant to anything. I study everything that matters. As such; I tell it like it is, whether the ignorant and prejudice like it or not.
To true fans: We shouldn’t just boycott this movie alone, but all superhero movies, tv-series, and comics. They won’t get the point that True Fans want CONTINUITY, until it hurts their pocket books in every avenue of profit they have access to. I’m sure a year should hopefully be long enough for them to feel the pain of loss.
To those that want to see the movie: At least wait till it is available to rent in a video store.
And P.P.S. - I almost forgot to mention how much I hate it when superman and his parents are portrayed with non-black hair. Superman is supposed to have black hair, blue eyes, and white skin, with parents that have the same.

My own opinion on this identity politic nonsense is that it plays into a bigger picture. The bigger picture is this: In western democracies at the moment, real freedoms are declining. They are declining because the political establishment operates on a very narrow neo-liberal consensus. This means that voting (the thing that is supposed to make us 'free') has now become a celebrity game-show, of no substance, as whomever you vote for, neoliberal consensus wins the day. This can be see in Greece right now. The people voted for anti austerity, their politicians were given a reality check by their masters (the troika) and the people of Greece got austerity anyway. This lack of freedom is starting to be noticed by the people, so what is happening is the mainstream elites (media corporations) are starting to push identity politics (as you describe it) as the most important issue of our times. The people then can squabble about racism, sexism and homophobia, the state can act like big Mommy or Daddy, and the liberal twits coming out of university (indoctrinated into cultural marxism and feminism) can act like socially conscious martyrs and change agents, protesting against the injustices of our times (the fake ones, not the real ones) and not spend their time actually dealing with the important issues of our times, the issues being consensus neo-liberal politcis, wars, surveilance state, etc. With the university class (the people that are supposed to question things and actually protest against the status quo) wasting their time on identity politics nonsense, the politicians, banks and corporations have effectively neuteured their potential opposition. The rest of the population are either too busy at work, too busy raising families, or too busy collecting state benefits to organise against the state, plus being balkanised into race, sex, nationality, sexuality etc effectively has them squabblimg amongst themselves and not confronting the people that effectively own and control them like slaves or feudal serfs. The 'creators' that work for the comic book industry turn white characters black, or male characters female because they are allowed to, and encouraged to, plus the writers themselves have been through the neoliberal indoctrination centres themselves and have been programmed with it by their televisions and newspapers all their lives. They do it because their masters allow them to do it. This situation can change, but I don't see it coming from the younger generations. It's going to be a revolution from older people this time, and the one weapon we have is the Internet. We have to point out the real racism and sexism that's going on (as you say, it's reverse racism that's the real racism going on here) and stop spending our money on their nonsense. That's why I wrote this article about boycotting the FF movie. The tactic to change this politically correct, social justice warrior nonsense then is two-fold. 1- Use social media to call them out on it. 2- Boycott their programming.
